As you ring in the New Year, give your glass of champagne a classy makeover!

Cranberry Rosemary Champagne Cocktail

1 bottle dry champagne
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1/4 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup unsweetened organic cranberry juice
2 tablespoons xylitol crystals or organic unrefined sugar (such as cane or coconut crystals)
In a pitcher, add the champagne, rosemary, cranberries and cranberry juice. Mix and chill 30 minutes. Dip the mouths of 4 champagne flutes in a bit of water, then onto a plate with the sugar to make a decorative rim. Pour the chilled cocktail evenly into the champagne flutes and enjoy!
